Terms and Conditions

Menaal International (Pvt) Ltd.

Welcome to Menaal International (Pvt) Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our services, booking travel itineraries, utilizing our visa consultation services, or confirming corporate, leisure, or religious (Umrah) packages, you (“Client”, “Customer”, or “Passenger”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them thoroughly before initiating any financial transaction or service request.

1. Scope of Services

Menaal International (Pvt) Ltd. operates as a certified, full-service Travel Management Company. We facilitate bookings for commercial airlines, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), land transport operators, and global immigration/electronic portal authorities.

Important Notice: Menaal International acts strictly as a facilitator between the Client and third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and consulate servers). We do not control, manage, or operate these supplier systems and cannot be held directly liable for their operational defaults, cancellations, or schedule modifications.

2. Booking Verification & Financial Confirmations

  • Dynamic Pricing Framework: All travel quotes, airline flight configurations, and hotel room allotments provided by our agents are subject to real-time market fluctuations and vendor availability. A package cost is not legally locked until the mandatory payment is successfully credited to our designated corporate accounts.
  • Delayed Payments: If a payment is delayed, the package price, route metrics, or lodging availability may change under airline or vendor directives. The Client will be responsible for covering any resultant pricing gaps.
  • Account Reconciliation: Official voucher distribution (e-Visas, airline tickers, hotel booking slips) is executed only after full account clearance.

3. Visa Processing Policy & Regulations

Menaal International (Pvt) Ltd. offers expert advisory and documentation assessment (file formatting, passport verification, digital uploads) to maximize application success rates.

  • Consular Discretion: The power to grant or deny an electronic travel authorization (e-Visa) or standard passport sticker rests entirely with the respective government embassy or ministry (e.g., Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, Tajikistan ASAN Portals, etc.). Menaal International cannot guarantee visa issuance under any circumstance.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: All immigration portal charges, embassy fees, processing levies, and service charges are non-refundable once submitted to the respective government gateway, regardless of the visa outcome.
  • Client Integrity: The Client assumes absolute liability for the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of all documents provided (CNIC copies, financial bank statements, employment letters). Submitting fraudulent data will result in immediate file termination and reporting to appropriate legal authorities.

4. Cancellation, Refunds, & Amendments

  • Third-Party Vendor Rules: All cancellation or amendment requests are heavily subject to the specific fare rules and penalty policies of the engaged airline, hotel, or cruise provider.
  • Service Fees: Menaal International reserves the right to charge an administrative service fee for processing voluntary cancellations or modifications on behalf of the client.
  • Refund Timelines: Approved refunds from third-party vendors can take between 15 to 45 working days to clear through international banking channels back to the original method of payment.
  • Non-Refundable Products: Promotional non-refundable hotel inventory, charter flights, and specific high-demand peak season packages (such as Ramadan packages) are entirely non-refundable upon confirmation.

5. Passports, Health, & Digital Compliance

  • Passport Validity: Passengers must possess an original travel passport valid for at least 6 months from their projected date of entry into the destination country, featuring at least two blank consecutive pages.
  • Health Declarations & Apps: The Client is fully responsible for fulfilling target country health rules, mandatory immunizations (such as Meningitis ACWY or Polio), and setting up mandatory travel tracking applications (e.g., the Nusuk App for booking Rawdah appointments).
  • Travel Insurance: While some visas automatically bundle basic health insurance, we strongly advise obtaining comprehensive international travel insurance to guard against flight cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

6. Regulatory Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

Menaal International (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be held contractually liable, nor consider it a default of services, for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). These include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural catastrophes, extreme weather conditions, or pandemics.
  • Wars, civil unrest, labor strikes, airport closures, or geopolitical trade blocks.
  • Sudden changes in local or foreign immigration laws, border closures, or consulate system outages.

Under no circumstances shall the maximum liability of Menaal International (Pvt) Ltd. exceed the net service fee amount collected directly by the company from the single affected booking transaction.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in strict accordance with the federal laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any legal conflicts, disagreements, or claims arising out of these transactions that cannot be resolved amicably via mutual executive consultation shall be referred exclusively to the relevant consumer courts or arbitration jurisdictions located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
